Abstract :
The ostracods are one of the most common and important components of the freshwater fauna. Cyprinotus cingalensis is recorded and documenting from two reservoir habitats in Telangana, south India. the morphological features of a female is illustrated and the materials were deposited in the National Zoological Collection.
